FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Are there hidden fees?
    No! Our Pricing information is straight forward; taxes are not included in posted prices.
  • How long does it take for a nanny placement?
    Two weeks is our minimum/ideal turnaround.
  • Are there a minimum number of hours for booking?
    Yes, three hours is the minimum for Event Childcare and Nanny Services.
  • When are payments due?
    Nanny Services Booking fee reserves your date, your final payment is due two hours prior to start time. Events Your deposit reserves your date. The final payment is due 72 hours prior to event start time. Nanny Placement Initial Search fee is due when search request is initiated. Placement fee is due once contract has been agreed and prior to contract start date.
  • What ages do you provide care for?
    All ages! Our event packages are designed for children ages three (3) and up; however, we are able to accommodate younger children with an additional fee.
